With Create Your Cocktail, the birthday guest works with a Brisa bartender to dream up a signature drink for the night. Give it a name, raise a glass, and watch the table order round after round.

- Two weeks advance notice recommended
The experience includes
- A short consult with a Brisa bartender to brainstorm flavor profiles and design your signature cocktail
- A custom cocktail name chosen by the birthday guest
- One complimentary signature cocktail for the birthday guest of honor
- A mini menu insert featuring your cocktail at the table
- Guests can order your special cocktail throughout the night
